Description:
A second contribution to the Crouwel's fonts replicas. This one was also inspired by a poster, for an exhibition at the Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven (picture in the comments section). I thought it had never been reproduced before, until I came across edgar fernhout by funk_king. Next time I'll search on Fonstruct before I start a new font but, well, we have both good taste... I take the opportunity to thank the fonstructors who introduced me to Crouwel's work.

this is great ir. you've made it your own and done a solid job. more usable than mine :) i would say don't hesitate to explore others. if you checked the number of Crouwel fonts on the site you know there are several versions of New Alphabet and others. when i did mine i was kind of surprised that a few i did had never been digitized. i guess there's always undiscovered inspiration just waiting to find us :)

I found some help for the caps in the Albers font by P22 Type Foundry. Crouwel's and Albers' fonts are sometimes very similar, sharing the same basic shapes and a stencil effect.

A difficult font, very nicely executed.

Maybe the caps are a bit too rounded ? Anyway, thanks.
