great effect with such a little modification, applied to the percet font for it - respect, really good work! makes me wanna go and dig out my long forgotten toy steam engines...;)

it's only a shame that fontstruct won't let you finish it completely cause it doesn't offer the right block element for the rounded corner extrusion, but i don't think anyone noticed yet. and i just noticed cause i already got stuck there myself... so who cares!

and who needs photoshop chrome effects anyway...:P

shasta: Incredibly astute observation about the fudged round corner extrusion. I was wondering if anyone would notice, seeing how the mind likes to complete these illusions in a way that “makes sense”. Your inside-and-out knowledge of this limitation shows you are an elite fontstructor. Respect back at you, brother!

(oh, and just wait for that day down the road when fontshop unleashes user customizable bricks ~ possibilities will then be truly unlimited in the fontstruct domain . . . )
