If you are more interested, take a look at "Elspeth Grey" for information on how you can use this technique to make Meta versions of your own fonts. I would be very much interested to hear how this effect worked in different browsers, with Adobe products including Flash,(Adobe actually uses a different subpixel rendering method), MAC Os X, on an iPhone or Android phone. The optimal size is 48p.
