Details

Description:
A futuristic, angular Blackletter. The lower case is inspired partially by an English Textualis design. Tannenberg Fett sort of inspired the uppercase. Full Latin, More Latin, and Extended Latin A sets. Alternate 'a's can be found in Extended Latin B. Performs quite well at small sizes, but recommended for display use.

Good call on the top pick! And talk about a hidden gem! I’ve liked this one from a distance for a while, seeing it emerge to relatively little fan fair in the aftermath of the Underwörld/Terence Kill neue blackletter fontstruct renaissance spearheaded by kix.

I have to reiterate what Meek said: simply stunningly legible at pixel scale. Sure, it’s got some anti-aliasing going on because of the various angular half-bricks, but it reads just like a blackletter. A tiny, tiny blackletter.

It’s always great to see and appreciate fontstructions that hold true to the original conception of FontStruct as a type creation made diverse by the manipulation of just a few basic bricks.
