Meet the Exempla family's youngest daughter: Exempla Slab Ultra Light. Nice for clean geometric designs, and as always with complete Basic Latin, More Latin and Extended Latin A sets. (Though I must admit I've started to regret the huge amount of characters I have to do for each new addition. I'm sure the family would be growing quite a bit faster with a reduced character set. Well... sometimes perfectionism comes at high a price.)

The ultra light sister of Exempla Sans Medium... Sharp eyes will see that it's not the exact sister yet; I modified some details here that I didn't like and will also modifiy them in Exempla Sans Medium soon to make the family genetically homogeneous.

Hope you like it... Definitely one of my most useful fontstructions. And I got dangerously close to the brink of madness when I had to do every circumflex and every caron of the extended latin set with brickstacking... ;)

clean sans serif typeface with technical look, built with high readability and wide usability in mind... so not a really creative font, but i somehow like it anyway.:P Update: extended latin A is complete now... Take a look at the stencil version and the slab serif version (my current favorite) as well!

Update: I've remodelled this one completely on a 1x1 filter, with some minor changes on basic latin, redesigned diacritics and extended character set for most roman languages.

I intended to make some sort of an M.C.Escher tribute here. I'm sorry this isn't very complete and far from being perfectly well done, but it somewhat started to make me feel dizzy...;) And even though I'm not very convinced by this, I don't think I'd come up with a way better execution soon.

I hope for Mr Escher that there are better tribute fonts for him out there! He'd definitely deserve it...

It was by the way funk_king's Impossible Alphabet that reminded me of this unfinished thing laying around in my messy unpublished fontstructions box, and made me take it out and finish it. (If you can call 42 characters "finished".)

Also check out Frodo7's Hommage à Escher, geneus1's IsoMatrix 3D, and funk_king's Soma for some other great Escher-esque fontcrafting!

Another shot at a russian style font. Not very precious I admit, but as I'm probably not gonna be making any real progress on this one soon, I'm releasing it anyway...

That certain randomness/inconsistency/misproportion is intended, but I see that it's not very balanced out yet. Furthermore, this has somehow come to be a monospace (and monoheight) font. Maybe that's why I'm not really happy with it; some characters just can't be made stylish within the self-imposed monospace corsett... So why impose it, you ask? Well, no idea...;)

Punched Out Fill

This collection of weird shapes is the fill font for Punched Out, so you can easily make your own custom made design on the letters. This can look pretty cool I'm sure...

The lowercase are if you really just wanna fill the front of your letter, the uppercase are for all visible surfaces.

For the frontside-only numbers:
US/UK keyboard: just use shift + number.
Swiss keyboard (ok, this is selfish, haha): just use alt + numbers
for any other keyboards:
1 = ! or ±
2 = @ or "
3 = # or £
4 = $ or Ç
5 = % or [
6 = ^ or ]
7 = & or |
8 = * or {
9 = ( or }
0 = ) or ≠

Capitalia

This is the result of my frustration of never getting capital A's with diagonals steep enough to go all the way down without getting way too wide: A tall font with 2x1 grid stretch, with - guess what - a capital A whose diagonals aren't steep enough to go all the way down without being too wide... Well, whatever! :P
Maybe somebody likes it anyway!

Punched Out

Well, apparently everybody here likes building letters... And I'm sure everybody got told at least once to finally shut down that damn computer while fontstructing. Here's how you can go on tinkering fonts even with the computer unplugged!;)

I had carried this idea around with me a long time ago, doing some sketches, but abandoning it cause I thought all the thin and dotted lines would go beyond fontstruct's possibilities. Until funk_king proved me wrong... Thanks for the re-inspiration!

I think this is pretty self-explaining. Cut along the solid lines, fold along the dotted lines and put some glue on the shaded parts, put it all together, and there you go with your new toys!

Unfortunately it was impossible to fill all the inner sides of all the counters, but I tried to leave them open where you'd see it least. There might also be some bugs, I haven't tried them out yet. Pure brainwork so far... (My brain's still in the freezer to cool down a bit) In case someone ever actually uses them and finds something wrong, please let me know!

Edit 5th August: Just copied the uppercase on the lowercase for reasons of convenience... I might add some alternates for some letters on the lowercase though, probably coming in September. Sorry, exam-time.;)

Little experimental graffiti-style-font. Begin every word with an upper case letter, then write on with lower case letters. Use ) to end words, and add an asterik for some additional style... hope all ya graffiti bros out there like it!;)
