I%20finally%20got%20around%20to%20upgrading%20Strata%20Blocks.%20I%20wasn%27t%20very%20happy%20with%20the%20lowercase%20letters%2C%20which%20could%20not%20show%20a%20full%20gradation%20%28unless%20they%20had%20ascenders%29.%20And%20I%20felt%20that%20many%20characters%20could%20be%20improved%2C%20too.%20The%20result%20is%20Strata%20Blocks%20Caps%2C%20which%20boasts%20a%20full%20set%20of%20Basic%20Latin%20and%20More%20Latin%20characters.
