To use this font, you simply need to layer the uppercase alphabet on top of (or underneath) the lowercase alphabet (see below for a sample). Obviously, it doesn't look like much in the Fontstruct preview. The inspiration for this typeface came about when I was putting together this Flickr gallery of modular multi-colored lettering. The first 25 downloads are all mine. 10 Comments10%20Comments1027 Glyphs27%20Glyphs27I began by exploring the theme of decaying objects, such as fruit, and studied the shape (and change of shape) of the objects, as they progressivly fell apart. By creating hand drawn sketches i began to create a typeface that looked as though it was rotting/melting away. I used a traditional typeface, Times New Roman, that could be considered as quite boring and a font which has been around for a long time and then used it as a base font which i then made to look as though it was rotting and falling apart by refering back to my earlier sketches.
