Yes, I "cheated" on the Latin accents, but it was a nice challenge in getting them to work in the small space. Looks deceptively simple, but tricky to get to preview properly. The lower case is a negative of the UPPER CASE to allow you to combine the full matrix – and as the letters are built out of multiple bricks in FontStruct, you'll need to use a few extra spaces to separate words – or insert '>' to make it exact – as I've offset the left margin to force a 1 unit letter space. Here's a sample in action.
