Looking through the gallery, I still don't see any attempts. Creating a serif font with blocks is very much a square peg for a round hole, but I enjoyed the challenge. I tried to emphasis all the minor details, like angled stress, or the bottom terminal of the lowercase b. I spent a lot of time on this months ago, but after a while, just lost the drive to complete all the characters. The lower case s is -- sort of-- acceptable, but it will be a miracle if I can avoid an ugly transition between angles in the x-bar. So near and yet so far. All the cap single bowled letters could do with a more curvaceous aspect. If I manage to beat the "S" into shape I might have to take on the challenge.
