I made this for my UWE graphic design first year project "communicating with words". I created this inspired by influences from Ralph steadman and Jackson pollock using the concept of inconsistansy and randomized mark making with ink. the name is derived from a quote from the book "fear and loathing in las vagas". I designed it by firstly creating the text with a pot of ink and the back side of a biro pen, then from that i drew them by hand onto A4 sheets of graph paper limitating each line to only 4 given angles, then finally transfering that onto fontstruct wich took roughly 30-40mins per letter. They're looming over your town. Use them as is or mix and match bodies and arms (numerals = body, uppercase = left arm, lowercase = right arm)

Clone of Happy Halloween. ********************** Considering the upcoming holiday and the number of new Halloween-looking fonts being posted, here's a new call for a collaboration if anyone's up to it: Halloween Dingbats!I promised myself I wouldn't release a new completed Fontstruction until I finish the project I'm working on. So this is sort of a compromise. Not as fancy as the Bubble Lab, its just for fun. Anything Halloween related is fine, even if it is just coming up with different facial expressions for the Jack-O-Lantern or Skull. Whoever wants to add anything, just clone away and reserve your letter space(s) in the comments below. The only caveat- this fontstruction is created in the 2:2 upscaled brick size. If that turns out to be too challenging, I still plan to add more to this either way... Other dingbat ideas: ghosts, witch, Frankenstein, Dracula, Haunted House, bats, spiders, Halloween Candy, scary Halloween phrases. BOOO!
