This is based on the Snellen Eye Chart. The l/c is reversed as opticians sometimes use a mirror to reflect the chart (which is placed behind the patient).

in this version vowels have the black key. i did this just to see what the difference would be, but hey maybe someone wants to use it :)

a couple of things going on here: uc uses white and black keys for consonants and only white for vowels. the letters on the keys don't match the actual scale on a piano. however i have included the "12 keys" - both with and without correct letters for the keys. also included a set that identifies only one key in each "12 keys" - with the actual letter and one with a question mark which can be used in educational settings. numbers are all white and the | can be used to put a black key between them and also between double vowels in uc :)

this version displays the correct sequence of white and black keys across the alphabet - however, because z ends on "D" musically, i thought it looked odd to end the keyboard with a black key since that's not how they really end. i know, it's just a font, so i let it end with a black key, but i have included a white key that can be used to end the keyboard with a white key. anyway... this may or may not be useful, but just wanted to see how it looked :)

Since there isn't auctaly an "Eye Chart" font, this is as close as I can replicate.
