Inspired by the baggage claim LED scrolling message system at the Oakland Airport. Yes, I "cheated" on the Latin accents, but it was a nice challenge in getting them to work in the small space.  Looks deceptively simple, but tricky to get to preview properly. Use the grave key ` to type blank spaces.	<item>
